Account

How do I open a new account?
If you’re applying for membership online, choose the accounts you want to open on the online application. Or stop by a Northern Forest Financial branch to join in person and open any accounts you want.
How do I change my address?
Online Banking: click the Services tab one the left side and choose the Address Change option.

Non-Online Banking: we require a signature to complete any portion of an address change.
I lost my debit card: how do I order a replacement?
Security constraints prevent us from processing debit card replacement requests online. Please stop by any branch during regular business hours.
How do I dispute a transaction?
Stop by any branch during regular business hours or contact us through our contact form.

Bill Pay

I’m an existing bill pay user. How do I login to pay my bills?
Login to Online Banking and select Bill Pay.
When should I schedule my payments so that it’s paid by the due date?
Schedule your payment for the day it’s due.
I scheduled my payment, when will the money be withdrawn from my account?
Your account will be debited the same day as the day you scheduled it for. In some instances, check payments will be debited when the check is cashed.

Online Banking

I am new to online banking. How do I login?
Located on our homepage at www.northernforestfinancial.com is our member login. Enter your username and password and click login.
How can I enroll for online E-Statements?
Log into Online Banking and select the More tab. Then click on your profile and click E-Statement to enroll or unenroll.
What happens if I continually exceed the transaction limit?
Northern Forest Financial is required to limit transactions within savings accounts. Consecutive overuse of a savings account may result in limitations to withdrawal/transfer capability from the savings account, automatic conversion to a transaction account, or account closure.

E-Statements

What is an E-Statement?
An E-Statement is an electronic version of your monthly account statement which you can view and print using NFF Online Banking. It’s no different than the paper statement you receive in the mail. And you don’t have to worry about it getting stolen or lost in the mail.
Do I need to re-enroll into E-Statements after Systems Upgrade?
If you were enrolled into E-Statements before our Systems Upgrade, you WILL NOT need to re-enroll. Your E-Statements will be available through Online Banking very soon.
Will my E-Statement look different after Systems Upgrade?
Yes, your E-Statements will have a new, updated look after Systems Upgrade! E-Statements will still be accessed via Online Banking, although the layout may look a bit different.
